We urge our customers not to accept an incorrect product; we will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
For all other products, we will refund 95% of the product cost in case the customer has availed our free shipping facility. In case the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer. For all refunds we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. Refunds for cash on delivery will be made via a cheque or an online transfer of funds to the customer’s bank account.
The refund will be happen within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the goods cancellations.
If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. In case the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.
